How to Graphic Eyeliner Looks - Part 2 - Purple and Pastel

In one of our previous blog posts, we showed you different graphic eyeliner looks in the colors Blue and Green. Now we are moving on to 4 more looks focusing on the colors purple and pastel. Also, check out our creative eye shadow make-ups in red/orange and blue/greyish colors.

Tutorial: Pink & Purple Eye Make-up

Begin the eye make-up with a small amount of Supracolor 8 ml as the base color of your eye design; this will allow intensity when layering the eye shadows. Start with shade Supracolor 8 ml (R 27) close to the lash line, blend over the eyelid, and up to the crease line. Travel the same color around to the lower lash line, ensuring the application is a light wash of color. Select Supracolor 8 ml (R 21) and blend to meet Supracolor 8 ml (R 27) to create a smokey eye by winging the Supracolor outwards and up to the brow bone. Set the Supracolor 8 ml with Eye Shadow Matt. Place color Eye Shadow Matt (paradise) on top of R27 and color Eye Shadow Matt (SA 75) on top of R21. Use the eye shadows to help blend and soften the application. Put a hint of Eye Shadow Matt (night blue) under the lower lash line.

Add definition to the lower lash line with Eye Shadow Matt (violet). Take the two Aquacolor 8 ml (099) & Aquacolor 8 ml (G 108), mix them for the desired deep purple shade. To achieve this, activate the Aquacolor 8 ml with a drop of water and mix to a creamy consistency. With the Professional Round Brush 0, create a wing liner, then continue to travel the line to above the crease of the eye. Apply another graphic line in the inner corner of the eye and curve along the bridge of the nose. Line the waterline with HD Cream Liner (dark orchid). Finally, Lash Innovation Mascara is applied to the top and bottom lashes.

Create a strong winged liner using the Eye Liner (black) to begin with. Also, apply to the inner corner of the eye by the tear duct for a graphic point. Line the waterline with Faceliner (10). Activate Aquacolor 8 ml (G 108) with a drop of water and mix to a creamy consistency. With the Professional Round Brush 0 create a graphic line that travels above the Eye Liner – Black. Continue traveling the paint Aquacolor 8 ml (G 108) above the crease of the eye, creating a curved line. Apply the Aquacolor 8 ml (G 108) along the lower lash line from the inner corner of the eye and travel halfway across.

Add a touch of Glamour Sparks (silver) to the inner corner of the eye and on the brow bone for a sparkly highlight. Finally, Lash Innovation Mascara is applied to the top and bottom lashes.

Tutorial: Purple Eye Shadow with a Golden Eyeliner

Take a small amount of Eye Shadow Primer and blend over the entire eyelid. Gently press on top Eye Shadow Matt (paradise) mixed with Eye Shadow Matt (white). Ensure there is more density of color on the mobile part of the eyelid and diffuse the color up to the brow bone. Add Eye Shadow Matt (highlight) to highlight the brow bone. Add a touch of the Eye Shadow Matt (plum) under the eyes.

Mix a few drops of Cake Eye Liner Sealer with Pure Pigments Metallic (pure gold). The powder will turn into metallic liquid, enabling you to paint your design. Start the eyeliner with a strong point in the inner corner of the eye and travel across to create a winged liner. Then return to the inner corner and place a curved line just above the crease of the eye traveling halfway across. No gold to be placed on the lower lash line.

Finally, line the waterline with HD Cream Liner (snow).

Tutorial: Pastel Make-up

Conceal the lid up to the brow bone with Dermacolor Camouflage Creme 4 g set with Eye Shadow Matt (highlight). Blend from the eye's socket up to the brow using Blusher 2.5 g (TC 1) for a soft blend of color. Intensify the contour above the natural socket directly under the brow bone, creating an arch using Eye Shadow Matt (sunlit) for a defined contour.

Apply HD Cream Liner (snow) from the inner corner of the eyes, creating an extended sharp winged liner in an upward angled finish to lift the eye. Press Blusher 2.5 g (TC 1) onto the inner corner of the HD Cream Liner - Snow, ensure it is blended out into Eye Shadow Matt (RB 21).

Brush up brows using the Eyebrow Forming Gel (clear). Using an angled brush apply a defined line under the brow to frame using Supracolor 8 ml (R 21). Keeping a sharp line, blend the Supracolor 8 ml (R 21) up into the brow, leaving a faded blend to create contrast from strong to soft. Finish the frame of the eyes with Faceliner (10) and Lash Innovation Mascara.
